THE APPS SUITE

The DispatchLabor™ Apps suite contains 6 Apps, an ADMIN App, a USER App, an Invoice App, a Schedule App, an IT App, and a built-in GPS & Google Maps App. All 6 Apps can run solely on smartphones and tablets without the need for any PCs, MACs, or Servers. However, the apps can also run on any PC, Chrome Book, or MAC using a Google Chrome Browser. The database resides on a secure Google Cloud. Each App is built-in with an encrypted login algorithm that automatically connects the smart device to the designated customer private cloud and database. Each company and customer gets their own distinct Apps with their specific built-in login. All the Apps require an internet connection.

THE "ADMIN" APP

The ADMIN App allows the Dispatcher, Manager, or Administrator to generate and dispatch “JOBS”. A JOB is defined as a Work Order, Delivery Parcel #, Invoice #, or Customer #. The Dispatch Track allows the ADMIN to perform the following functions:

  • Generate a Job, Work Order, Delivery #, Invoice, or Work Instruction.
  • Assign a delivery or Job location address to the Job.
  • Attach a document to each generated Job that can include a work instruction, invoice, drawing, or parcel identification.
  • Assign the Job to an individual, work group, work crew, delivery truck or mobile equipment.
  • Assign an hourly rate to the Job.
  • Assign a Quantity to the Job.
  • Assign a Price Quote or Budget to the Job.
  • Dispatch the Job immediately on-line using our cloud to the individual, work group, work crew, delivery truck or mobile equipment.
  • Send a text message to the User App informing them of the new Job.
  • Automatically provide Google Map Location showing where the Job is to be started or the Parcel is to be delivered.

THE "USER" APP

The USER App allows the Individual Employee, Group of Employees, or Delivery Person to receive the generated JOBS in real time. A JOB is defined as a Work Order, Delivery Parcel #, Invoice #, or Customer #. The App allows the USER to perform the following functions:

  • Automatically receive the newly created Job, Work Order, Invoice, Work Instruction.
  • Click on “Map” button to display Job location or delivery location.
  • Automatically download the attached document, work instruction, invoice, drawing, or parcel identification.
  • Start the delivery or the work on the received Job, Work Order, Invoice, Work Instruction.
  • Automatically send a text message to the Admin informing them that the new Job has started.
  • Stop the received Job, Work Order, Invoice, Work Instruction when completed or delivered.
  • Attach a picture of the finished work or delivered package to the Job is completed.
  • Automatically upload the image to the cloud (Admin).
  • Automatically send a text message to Admin that Job is completed.
  • Automatically upload the GPS Location to the cloud where Job is completed.
  • Automatically update the Job Hours, Job Cost, and Status to the cloud (Admin).

THE "SCHEDULE" APP

The SCHEDULE App allows the DISPATCHER to view the status of all Jobs in a calendar format. The App displays the status of all Jobs on a daily calendar. The user can click on the chosen date and a list of the jobs corresponding to that date is displayed. The  app allows the DISPATCHER to perform the following functions:

  • List in a calendar format all "Planned" Jobs.
  • List in a calendar format all "Started" Jobs.
  • List in a calendar format all "Stopped" and "Completed" Jobs.
  • List in a calendar format all Jobs "Not Started".
  • Provide a Summary List of all Planned, Started, Stopped, and Not Started Jobs.
  • Provide a Detailed List of all Planned, Started, Stopped, and Not Started Jobs.

THE "INVOICE & DOCUMENTATION" APP

The INVOICE & DOCUMENT APP allows the ADMIN to Generate and Dispatch Track Invoices, Prices Quotes, Work Instructions, Field Instructions, Repair Instructions, and other types of Documentation associated with the delivery and completion of the Planned Jobs.  It also allows the ADMIN to attach these documents to a Job Order and send them to the user automatically when a new job is created. The App allows the ADMIN to perform the following functions:

  • Create a Work Document including: Invoices, Price Quotes, Work Instructions, Work Orders, Delivery Instructions, and General Task Instructions.
  • Create A List of Customers with a full address, telephone number, and GPS Location.
  • Attach a Work Document to each newly created Job Order.
  • Attach a Drawing to each newly created Job Order.
  • Automatically Dispatch the created Work Document to the end USER assigned to the newly created Job Order.
  • Email the Work Document for the newly created Job Order.
  • Maintain a Database of all created Work Documents.

THE "IT & DATABASE" APP

The IT & DATABASE App allows the System Administrator to access and maintain the Database, the Generated Work Documents Library, and the Captured Images Library. The App allows the System Administrator to perform the following functions:

  • Access and maintain the database and tables of all entered Job Records.
  • Search, Edit, Delete, and Backup all stored records.
  • Select & Export records based on time & date range in Excel and .CSV format.
  • Email all generated Export files.
  • Duplicate all functions performed by the ADMIN App without any restirctions.

THE "GPS & MAPS" APP

The GPS & MAP APP represent an App within an App. The GPS & MAPS App functionality is built-in in all the above Apps. It incorporates GPS Tracking functionality and full Google Maps functionality that allows for the tracking of the User and Jobs, and provides GPS Locations and Coordinates for all Users and Jobs as well as Google Map display of all Users and Jobs. The GPS & MAPS App allows  the USER and the ADMINISTRATOR to perform the following functions:

  • Click on “Map” button to display Job location or delivery location.
  • Click on “Map” button to display Job location or delivery location.
  • Display GPS Start Location for any Job or Delivery.
  • Display GPS Stop Location for any Job or Delivery.
  • Display the Google Traffic and Routing information for each Job or Delivery.
  • Display on a Google Map all "Open" Jobs and Deliveries.

Important Features

Cloud Database

The App’s database resides on a secure Google Cloud. The “IT” App allows the customer designated IT Support person to perform database maintenance functions on the database. The functions include: Global Edit, Delete, and Export.

DATA EXPORT

All the Apps provide the user with the ability to sort, export, and email the collected data in a spreadsheet (.CSV) format.

EMAILS & TEXT MESSAGING

All the Apps allow the user to automatically receive text message alerts when a JOB is dispatched (generated), and automatically send a text message when a JOB is “Started” or “Stopped”.
All Apps have a built-in email function to forward the exported data to head office or other users.
